"Hello,my name is Alex. On Saturday 04/17/2021 I visited the Cycle Gear location on 695 E Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60173. I found a jacket that I decided to buy. Before I bought it, I asked the seller (unfortunately I don't remember his name) - " what is the return policy? He replied, quote on quote " 30 days,as long as you bring it in one piece ". Next day a went for a ride around the block, and I noticed that the jacket is rubbing my neck pretty bad. I decided to return it. Came to the store ,and the ather associate of the store said that they are not able to reimburse me the money since I ve been on the motorcycle in it(I honestly told them that). So they just gave me a cycle gear card with that amount of money that I can spend only in Cycle gear store, astonishing!!!!
I repeat, prior buying, I specifically asked about the return policy. I was told about 30 days and NOTHING about riding in it. I understand the policy, but aging, I specifically asked about it.
Help me please to get my money back, please!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, I should have been warned,I should have been told about it. This is unfair!!! I need your help. "
